Infrastructure info is missing.

@menakakhare - We can't show preschool infra data in this release. Our DB itself doesn't have proper/valid data and there's some question as to how dudbubdub is showing/correlating this data. @brijeshpoojary is looking into it. This will continue to be open until we can get everything worked out. Please see Slack thread also for details.

Removed the infra tab for boundary/preschool pages.
