As a user I want to have the application guess my timezone using my browser's timezone on signup so that it is easier for me to signup.

This is not something immediately important for someone to sign up. We want to make it AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. Taking a guess and allowing them to configure it in their profile should suffice. We could do something like Google Calendar when configured TZ doesn't match browser TZ.
