Hi KM, thought I'd have a poke around your streaming demo but running into an issue with the environment.yaml very almost identical to the one described here.

Looks like simplest fix is to conda env export --no-builds when you generate the yaml file.

Would you mind trying to reinstall everything using the head of the hotfix/conda-environments? You can reach that point via this link. If that works I'll merge into master.
