I am trying to adjust the setting value, but 4x or more doesn't come out.
1x - 1546MB
2x - 2576MB
3x - 3607MB (calculated)
4x - ??

From my testing, Unity seems to have a limit on rendertexture size sitting right at 4 gigabytes. This means that for higher resolutions, there's an upper limit on how much MSAA can be applied. Conversely, for each MSAA level, maximum screenshot resolution is limited.
In general, you shouldn't need much MSAA at super-high resolution, so not being able to get 4x is normal. Additionally, valid MSAA levels are 1 (aka none), 2, 4 and 8, there's no 3.
