(JoinNotifier) Only shows player join, not leave.

Notification only shows when someone joins, not when someone leaves unless there's a setting you have to mess with. Is there a way to make it so you can see a notification of someone leaving? Unless it's broken.

I have to check if someone had joined/left, by switching to a window, VRChat to the MelonLoader commands system.

That's the default config of the mod. You can change options to also show leaving players using UI Expansion Kit - mod settings menu is accessible via button in the lower-right corner of VRChat settings menu (the big one).
