Proposal: Specify incoming/outoing CloudEvents declaratively

Would be nice if users are be able to declarative specify incoming/outgoing CloudEvent types and all triggers & filters are then created automatically. This would work nicely with Event Mesh initiativ and might be combined with dynamic events discovery.
It would be a field in func.yaml file most likely.
