The gaping issue I see here is no support for flutter web.

I'm not sure if it's possible to implement it in web, because of limitations of browser and javascript.

I'm sure it's not possible to implement NTP in javascript, so web support is not possible at all. Browsers limit sending web requests from javascript for security reasons, even so you can only send http requests.
