Switching tabs or pages should not cause entity card to refresh

To fix this, the results.scala.html page will probably need to be broken into two separate views--one with the entity card and footer and the other with everything in between. This was exacerbated by #52 but this problem always existed when switching page numbers.

Fixed this problem, in results page, only reload the results without the query card and footer .
