Widgets do not show on mobile device

Hi,
I can't get widgets to appear on mobile phone (Android 7.0) in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Fully Kiosk Browser). The page looks like on the attached screenshot (screenshot1). On the desktop everything looks well.

Do not use HTTPSRV!
