Issue description

L and R (trigger) controls not mapped for Dreamcast on RG28XX
could not correctly remap all controls (analog) as menu button is at the end

Detailed reproduction steps

Fresh installation on SD card
just added a dreamcast racing game using trigger button for acceleration :
left trigger is inverted with right one
right trigger is not set up

Details of any attempts to fix this yourself

I tried to remap controls in RA but it did not worked
I tried to remap controls in system menu but not really successfull as I could not remap all controls (analog) because the menu button is at the end

I have not seen this reported on any of the internal alpha builds so this may not be an issue any longer.
