  1. How can we list repos ?
  2. Does it mirror hex.pm repos. If say it doesn't find nimble_parsec, can i fetch it from hex.pm ?

  1. There is currently no way to list all registered repos. PR welcome.
  2. No, it doesn't mirror. It can be used as completely separate repo implementation, not as a proxy. You can use different repos in single project, so this was never issue for us. Just fetch Hex packages from Hex, and private packages from uRepo.
