Enable Gaiden to be used with GVM

Thank you for your proposal.
But, Gaiden is already supported in GVM.

If Gaiden does not apear in your candidates of GVM:

$ gvm flush candidates

# open a new terminal now

$ gvm install gaiden

Or do you have other problem after installing Gaiden from GVM?

I will add how to install with GVM to README.
