Creating DB backup creates empty backup

How to check it:

  1. Add measurement
  2. Export DB backup
  3. Clear DB
  4. Import DB backup

Result: no measurements are imported
Expected: restored measurements

I'm using Android 9.
When checking exported .bkp file with sqlite explorer on pc I can see no records in db file.
