release tags are missing

Not sure this is intended or not but there are no release tags and ofc no releases like at the other game.libretro.* addons.

tags are created by kodi-game-scripting, see https://github.com/kodi-game/kodi-game-scripting/blob/master/kodi_game_scripting/config.py#L57
fsuae used to not build. I run kodi-game-scripting every few months, so I'll try enabling this on the next run. feel free to beat me to it :)
