Summary

One of EZ's main missions is to reduce the information asymmetry between companies and talents. Glassdoor is an excellent tool to start understanding what goes on inside companies. We want to optimize by bringing summarized information from each company from Glassdoor.

Intended outcome

With more data about companies, talents will be able to make more assertive decisions for their careers.

How will it work?

On the company pages, there will be a specific section for these highlights. For example: "- Safe environment for women", "- Leadership problem" or "+ Diversity culture".

Is there any chances to bring their salary range as well ? Some companies have that information, some don't
