Site based exclusions

Should be able to disable HoverCards on specific websites.
It's pretty hard to use TweetDeck web app with HoverCards active since the whole screen is covered with Twitter usernames, media, etc.

• An option is added to enter a URL list of excluded sites / domains
• HoverCard is disabled for tabs in an excluded site / domain
