Support for weasyprint and princexml

Pandoc supports http://weasyprint.org or https://www.princexml.com for pdf generation. Madoko's html output looks so great, that I think lots of us would be perfectly happy with Madoko's html output + Table of contents with page numbers thanks to weasyprint or princexml for pdfs as well.
