App crashes when related titles contain duplicate entries

Steps to reproduce

Some time sources return duplicate entries which have same ID but their URL somehow is different, which causes crash.
Reason: it is filtering duplicate entries by url while LazyRow is keying by entries' ID

Expected behavior

Should not crash

Actual behavior

Crash in some cases
