add option to ignore filters when searching

when searching through entries with a filter active, it will remove any entry that doesn't fit the filter config (example: filtering out anything that is getting tracked by MAL for example)
the only way to counter this when you don't want to remove the filter is by searching globally, which is kind of a hassle and strains sources.
there are no other forks that have an option like this (at least that's what i think). the only thing that has this option is suwayomi, which is a self-host manga reader.
would you consider adding this eventually? i'd really like to know if adding this isn't really viable or if it isn't on your plans.
