I try to put an automation to turn of the ac when the temperature drops below 22 and the temps drops below the mentioned temps but nothing happens

Emm, You mean putting automation in Home App, like the screenshot below?

Try to slow the fan when the temp drops than 28

Can you show me your config, or the fan speed value you want to set. The
speed value is quite tricky in the code.

I got the problem the home app should be open to read the temps and excute the automation
