Queue revamp

Because /queue view got Little to no attention from the very beginning of the bot.

  • nowplaying always on top
  • nicer look
  • detailed info
  • progressbars
  • better paginator (pag as module)

Playlists

  • /playlists add <source>...
  • `/playlists extend

Queue is not getting any progressbars now, playlists extend won't be implemented, playlists add will be replaced by source: in
