Kubelet read_only_port config is missing documentation

In kontena/pharos-cluster#344 @jnummelin is mentioning that setting kubelet.read_only_port to true is opening a sensitive port and thus that the doc should mention clearly that this needs to be taken care of.
I didn't find any mention of that option in the doc, is it on purpose or am I missing something?
