Consolidate APPLICATION_INVENTORY_API_URL and CONTROLS_API_URL env variables for tackle2-ui

The following environment variables are defined for tackle2-ui
- APPLICATION_INVENTORY_API_URL = http://tackle-hub:8080
- CONTROLS_API_URL = http://tackle-hub:8080
Now that tackle-hub service is providing both application-inventory and controls APIs only one endpoint is needed.
Maybe something like:
- TACKLE_HUB_URL = http://tackle-hub:8080
