Update documentation to use code-analyzer

Need to update the DGI documentation to explain how to use the new Code Analyzer from Minerva instead of (or in lace of) DOOP. We can leave the DOOP docs in as an alternative but the Code Analyzer should be the primary method of analyzing code for DGI.
