I have a problem, and I hope I can get your help:
By running the function cxds, bcds and cxds_bcds_hybrid with the parameter estNdbl = TRUE, I successfully remove the doublets. By chance, I scored the data again after the doublets were removed, and I found that many new cells were redefined as doublets, I don't quite understand it, and I don't know if the redefined cell is also doublets?
