Barline Timing

Describe the issue
I have a score with variable tempos in the middle. The barlines start to misalign after tempo change. However I can see the barlines are correctly aligned in MIDI Editor. I think it can be replicated by exporting midi with variable tempos using MuseScore.
Hardware info:
- OS: Win10 64 bits @ VBox.
- MIDIVisualizer version 6.4.
- GPU model MESA 3D
- RAM available 4GB

I have the same problem but my MIDI only has 1 speed / timing. At special positions in the MIDI when a new part starts there seems to be an overlay of notes that should play later. I recorded a video where you can exactly see the problem after 16 parts where part 17 overlaps to early. This seems to happen every 16 parts and latency grows by a quarter note then.
