Per-Set Colors ignored when using MIDI device

Describe the issue
When using a MIDI input device, per-set colors are ignored. All notes are rendered using the "Set 1" colors.
This issue is specific to MIDI devices, as playing from midi files works as correctly.

Hardware info:

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro - Build 18363 - 64 bit
  • MIDIVisualizer version: 6.4
  • GPU model: Tested with both "Intel HD Graphics 620" and "AMD FirePro W4190M"
  • RAM available: 10.3GB / 16GB
