How do i delete a midi file that i insterted and exported or how to swap tracks

Theres this annoying bug that i cant seem to fix, This is what happened.
I insert in 2 midi files and then i export the midi file, Suddenly i cant change it or delete it, I literally deleted the music file i inserted and it still is there, I also tried to delete and re install but nope, nothing happened. i just want to play my other track but now i cant because of this stupid bug, Im probably dumb because there is probably a really obvious feature i didnt see to do this but someone tell me what that feature is
Hardware info:
- OS: [e.g. Windows, macOS], if possible give the OS version and, for Windows, if it's 32 or 64 bits.
- MIDIVisualizer version (3.4, 4.1, etc.).
- GPU model (Nvidia GeForce 1080, AMD Radeon HD5000, etc.)
- RAM available
