[Feature Request] Add option to hide window title text on mouse over

In Unity, if a window is maximised and the user mouses over the top panel, the window title will disappear and be replaced by the global menu. It would make this applet more attractive to people looking to replicate Unity (like me). This feature could be added as a checkbox option. If the menu is not enabled, the title should be hidden rather than replaced with the menu.
