Add toggle for "Opening the menu pauses demo playback"?

Pausing demo playback when menuing was added back in v0.25. While I think it's beneficial 99% of the time, I sometimes want to disable this feature and have demos just run while I'm messing around with settings. Not for any particular reason. Just nostalgia.
