What do you think about adding SEO support in the main config file, and also for the models.

Sorry to ask, but what exactly are you planning to use seo for in bauhaus? Because ultimatly a backend system should be protected for search engines so they cannot spider them. Or are you asking for a functionality to manage seo rules on a url like basis?
