Add CPU temp measurements to config screen

From a customer on the Kraken forums. Noting here as a reminder to implement later.

Since the KSDR docs “recommend” overclocking the Rpi CPU, it would be very helpful to display the CPU temp on one of the DOA screens. This is especially important for mobile use where cabin temps can get quite high.
