Latest image doesn't have PIGPIO support included

Testing out the latest image, it looks like when the heimdall daq fw was built, the line #PIGPIO=-lpigpio -DUSEPIGPIO
wasn't uncommented.

Should be activated by default in the latest image now, please check.
