Currently, sre may produce empty speech, e.g., Speech-Rule-Engine/speech-rule-engine#559 Speech-Rule-Engine/speech-rule-engine#560. While the first one looks like a bug, the second issue does not so we can't simply drop them. Maybe we should populate them with a fallback string, maybe we should look at other SRE attributes and vary our response.

As per F2F with @zorkow neither of these are bugs.

Let's add "blank" as a fallback string.
