And what guide should i follow to make my own CPU Power Management SSDT?

P.S.: I have the same laptop but have the Intel Core i5-8250U CPU Rather than your i7 Variant

If you can access those laptop with macOS, use CPUFriendFriend generator and place CPUFriend kexts in your EFI. If you don't, use CPU-PLUG.aml
