window data cache "on" breaks jab file when saving from GT mode

Maansi has a jab file with window data cached. when she opens this in GT mode and then saves (to save GT labels) and then tries to reopen the jab file in training mode, opening fails because window cache is "true" but window data is empty.

can provide jab file if needed for testing.
