xstyle/main thinks that all <link>-elements with a href are stylesheets, quod non.
E.g., "apple-touch-icon" is not (<link rel="apple-touch-icon" href="https://www.pictoperfect.com/dev/ui/app/img/pictoperfect.png" />).
