Doesn't work on certain elements with "Aero Lite" theme (Win 10)

Windows 10 comes with a secret hidden Aero Lite theme, which can be enabled with just a simple text file […]
The color is not applied to address bar "breadcrumbs" or scroll bar buttons when the "Aero Lite" theme is used.
Windows 10 Pro version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2728)
AccentColorizer 1.1.19.0
The accent color is set to: #F0C869

Color is also not applied to selected item in "SysTreeView32" windows (with "Aero Lite" theme)
(it does apply when you hover over it)
