Unable to save video shorter than record length

Steps to replicate

1. Power on the camera
2. Go to web UI and start recording
3. In the time interval shorter than the record length click on the Save button. The following message appears

Clicking on the message gets the previous situation. (The new clicking on the save button triggers the message again)

Expected behavior

The camera saves the recording shorter than the preset "record length". The record length parameter should be settable from the web UI. Currently, it could be set from camera LCD only.

Non-intuitive workaround

It seems that the first recording captured and shorter than expected could be saved by the following steps:

1. Click out the message
2. Turn of recording
3. Turn on recording again (that warning message appears)
4. Do not overwrite the current recording in the buffer. (The recording remain stopped )
5. The save button seems to work again and save the recording.
