Tapping above the on-screen keyboard to close picks whatever button is after the shift.

The on-screen keyboard needs to wait a little longer before closing the keyboard so it doesn't select whatever is under your finger after the shift, we want to select before the shift.

To reproduce:

• navigate to prefs & utils
• select the system clock to bring up
• tap the "Done" button, above the keyboard
• note how "Factory Utilities" is actually selected
• release tap, go to factory utilities screen instead of main screen
