Missing files from repo

Some files are missing from the repo, such as .otbm map which results this code not running properly out of the box. Could you provide instructions to fixing those missing parts?

otbm file format support is currently is progress (since 1 year xP)
you can try one of previous commits on master to make game work
on weekend I should be able to push otbm support forward for a bit
