'Conflicting types for 'ERR_load_SSL_strings' and 'Unknown type name 'RAND_DRBG'

I faced with these errors.
I tried to install using SPM, cocoapods and manually, but I have the same errors.
Do you know any idea how to fix that?

Xcode: 13.4
Simulator: iPhone 13 Pro Max
OpenSSL: 1.1.1501, 1.1.1700
Deployment target: iOS 14.1
