License issue on OpenSSL

I am working as a react native developer. And we are using cocoapods dependencies in our project. For that we have our own private nexus repo to read all the artifacts through there, for security reasons. While adding the source of my private nexus repo, openssl-universal giving an error of ‘unable to read license for openssl’ . And not downloading a dependency.
But am able to install them directly from trunk.

Is this a known issue? Is there any licensing agreement that we cannot copy it in our private repo?
Or do we have any solution?

no. nothing like that. the licence file is there in repository las time I checked. Does it log anything more specific by any chance?
