Documentation should not have broken links

Actual Behavior

Go to https://kserve.github.io/website/latest/modelserving/servingruntimes/. In the last sentence of this section, there is a link to an example custom runtime using AMD Inference Server. The link points to https://kserve.github.io/website/latest/modelserving/servingruntimes/v1beta1/amd/, which returns a 404.

The actual link seems to be https://kserve.github.io/website/latest/modelserving/v1beta1/amd/
