Loading layout is broken

Visit your own demo at https://vue-layouts2.surge.sh/
Click contact, what happens? --> Nothing... Except for 5 seconds later. Loading is shown when contact is the first page you visit, but not when you visit it from within Vue, aka, clicking a link.
