[BUG] 关于notebook容器已经启动，但是Dashboard界面无法打开

What happened:
在Dashboard界面提交了一个notebook任务申请，通过查看notebook容器状态发现jupyterlab服务已经启动好了，但是界面仍无法打开notebook

What you expected to happen:
希望在Dashboard界面可以通过点击notebook打开按钮跳转到notebook服务界面

Environment:

  • KubeDL version: 0.4.0
  • Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): v1.20.10
  • OS (e.g: cat /etc/os-release): centos7
  • Kernel (e.g. uname -a): 3.10.0-1160.el7.x86_64
  • Install tools:
