[Feature] Visual intelligent monitoring and log management of Kubeedge-Sedna based on Prometheus

Why is this needed:
Currently, after an edge-cloud synergy job is created on Sedna, the job status, parameters, and indicators can be queried only through command line, which lacks visualization and O&M functions. Therefore, from the perspective of ease of use, we want to display job information in an interface.

What would you like to be added/modified:

1. Support Sedna service management and status monitoring, edge-cloud synergy job management and status monitoring (including Joint Inference, Federated Learning, and Incremental Learning).
2. Use open-source monitoring and visualization software (prometheus + grafana are recommended) to collect and visualize dynamic indicators of the edge-cloud synergy task. In addition, the system should support alerts.
3. Use open-source log software(loki is recommended) to manage and search application logs.

Other information:
You do not need to develop new edge-cloud synergy jobs. You only need to develop a set of visualization methods for existing edge-cloud synergy jobs.
