Repro Steps

• Installed KFP test version from marketplace
• Run TFX Taxi sample

A note to add to this, while you work on it:

• The logic is much more simpler now, with a function called: getResourcePropertyViaFallBack()
  • Examples: getExecutionName(), getResourceDescription()
