This repository has not had a commit since Jun 22, 2020, therefore I propose we archive it to reflect that it is no longer in development.

Yes please archive this repo. We already migrated all the code to kfp-tekton repo 3 years ago and agreed on archive/delete this repo back in this issue 2 years ago kubeflow/community#479
