Cant delete/remove clusters

Closed this issue · 6 comments

OS: iOS 16
App Version: 4.2.2

I imported clusters using kubeconfig yaml. Now I want to remove the clusters that I no longer use but the app does not allow it. I tried to uninstall the app but when I reinstall I still get the previous kubeconfig data.

Hi @ericklv in Settings -> Clusters (View all) you can delete the clusters via double tap on the cluster name.

Why double click? This isn't intuitive for any mobile application. Include some alternative options, like hold the cluster name, or swipe. Maybe a view page for the cluster with a edit/delete button.

Well clearly showing options with double click is a feature, I was trying to delete a bookmark and I couldn't figure out, until I read this. Three points or gear icon would do a better job for future users.

I just ran into the same problem and came across this issue. Perhaps a comment or note on the Clusters page indicating there is a menu available if you double click on a cluster.

Clusters

Double click cluster for menu

  • Cluster1
  • Cluster2

Unable to delete dead configs no matter how many times I tap 200 times on a cluster name.

Hi, this should be fixed in the kubenav v5, where the secondary action to edit/delete a cluster can be accessed via long press on the cluster name or by swiping the cluster item to the left.

If you still have issues with it please let me know.
